Terms and Conditions

The use of the Aseneskak Casino facilities, including but not limited to gaming areas, restaurants, hotels, and other amenities (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Facilities"), by patrons shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1. EligibilityTo access and use the Facilities, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:(a) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;(b) Provide valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

2. Registration and Login ProcessNo registration or login process is required for entry into the Facilities; however, patrons may elect to participate in the Members Club rewards program by registering with a membership card available on-site.

3. Games and Software ProvidersThe Games offered at the Facilities are operated using physical gaming equipment provided by various manufacturers, including but not limited to IGT, Scientific Games, Aristocrat, Konami Gaming, and Everi Holdings.(a) Slot Machines: A total of 172 slot machines with varying denominations shall be available for play;(b) Table Games: A selection of table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Texas Hold'em Poker, and Baccarat;(c) Poker Room: Four poker tables offering regular tournaments.

4. Bonuses and PromotionsThe Facilities offer a variety of promotional incentives to patrons participating in the Members Club rewards program:(a) New members who sign up for the program shall receive CAD $10 in free play credit upon enrollment;(b) Patrons may earn points redeemable for free play, dining credits, merchandise, and hotel stays by playing slot machines or engaging with table games.

5. VIP and/or Loyalty ProgramThe Members Club rewards program offers various tier benefits to patrons:(a) Bronze Tier: Entry-level membership offering 0.5% cashback on eligible wagers;(b) Silver Tier: 1% cashback, priority restaurant seating, and a birthday bonus of CAD $50;(c) Gold Tier: 1.5% cashback, exclusive event invitations, a dedicated host, and complimentary hotel stays;(d) Platinum Tier: 2% cashback, a dedicated host, and a variety of tier-specific benefits.

6. Payment Methods and Banking TermsThe following methods are available for making deposits or withdrawing winnings:(a) Cash (CAD): No minimum or maximum amounts apply, subject to gaming regulations;(b) Debit Card (Interac): CAD $20 minimum, CAD $5,000 daily maximum;(c) Credit Card cash advance: Subject to card limits and merchant fees may apply.

7. Bonus TermsThe following conditions shall govern the use of promotional incentives:(a) Free play credits must be played through once on eligible slot machines; (b) Wagering requirements: 1x wagering requirement for free play credits;

10. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced solely by the laws of the Province of Manitoba.(a) Patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions;(b) The Facilities reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
